Been coming to the restaurant for a while. Mostly got cold service from the other server with stale food even after requesting fresh meal. CARMEN have been very dedicated and humble to provide positive drive thru experience.

Special Sundae Satisfaction. I was craving a dessert. Ice cream was on my mind, but where? and what kind?... ...."a Sundae" is what my mouth wanted, but not a Maccas caramel sundae. Maccas changed the caramel recipe and it taste like sugar syrup with a splash of toilet duck the last time I naively went there for "something" sweet. So Hungry Jacks was my option. The nearest was this store in Tarneit. I knew it would be better than Maccas but I was not hopeful that what I wanted would be constructed correctly to my specifications. So I arrived at the store, walked through the automatic doors for once there was not a person waiting in line. (insert SMILEY FACE here) I walked up to the counter and was greeted ever so politely by a lovely young lady. She asked what I would like. I smiled. " i would like a strawberry sundae, a small please" that was my first order. then i described what I was craving. " can i please have a Large Sundae, CARAMEL at the bottom and Chocolate on the top." the girl smiled and proceeded to complete the order. Just as the girl was about to give me my change, another girl next to her said that she would make the Sundaes. But she was suddenly stopped by my server. "no" she replied, " it's a special order, I like making Sundaes". I was happily surprised by this reaction and said " Lucky for Me". to cut a long story here is a picture of my Sundae. Thank you Hungry Jacks lady. highly recommended. much better Customer service than "Chef Lagenda"
